Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final Sale products, personal care items, undergarments, and heavily discounted clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after inspection, usually within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, our team will guide you through the process and arrange a smooth replacement.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: In the rare case you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.
