Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you can request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Unused, unwashed, undamaged items with tags and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number).

  • Non-returnable: Final-sale items, gift cards, personal care/lingerie, customized items, and items marked “non-returnable”.

How to request

  1. Email admin@raffa.store with subject: “Return Request – Order #1234”
    Include: reason, photos (if defect), item name/size.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address or pickup instructions.

  3. Once received & inspected, we’ll process exchange or refund/store credit.

Costs

  • Change-of-mind/size returns: customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective/incorrect item: we cover return shipping (share proof/photos within 48 hours of delivery).

Exchanges

  • One-time size exchange (stock permitting). If unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • To original payment method or store credit.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
